In symbol editor, how can I have two pins with same name?

I have a memory chip for which I am creating a new device in a new library.

I am in the symbol editor.

 

The chip has four power supply pins, two VDD and two GND. So I placed the

pins and gave them the direction as "Pwr".

 

However, when I try to name more than one VDD or GND pin, EAGLE gives me an

error "VDD name already exists!".

 

How do I overcome this problem please? Thanks.

    Short answer: append the '@' sign and a progressive number.

    Long answer, perhaps faster: see help about 'pin' item. Or search past

    threads, it's a frequently asked question.
