Some objects extend outside the allowed board area' turns up. i cant move that last part onto the board. can someone tell me whats going wrong there? thanks.

Is it possible there is something on a hidden layer which you cannot currently see? If you do a zoom to fit does it zoom to fit just the board and the final component or does it zoom out some more? Without…

I haven't seen this issue since I have an unlimited version of Eagle, but if you really need a work-around...

If you have a part with the same footprint already on the card, you could duplicate it. This will disconnect the schematic from the layout, so you will need to add a corresponding part with the same name to the schematic before connecting the part to the circuit.

Is it possible there is something on a hidden layer which you cannot currently see? If you do a zoom to fit does it zoom to fit just the board and the final component or does it zoom out some more? Without seeing the actual board it's hard to tell what the issue is but these would be the first things to check.

    Hi

There is a setting for the dimensions of your permitted 160cm2.

Check that your circle fits within it. The setting can make the 160cm2

tall and skinny down to wide and flat.

You may need to make yours 40mm x 40 mm .
