Installing on Debian AMD 64

Hello!

 

I'm a complete newbie to linux. I'm running Debian for AMD 64-bit.

 

Please, may you write me a short step-by-step guide to install Eagle on

my system?

 

I downloaded the rpm file from Cadsoft but when I try to convert to deb

with alien I get a lot of errors.
