Short answer: Yes, it is possibile.
Long answer: I don't have the autorouter. Anyway, the manual on the item
'AUTO' asnwers to your question

If you press the autorouter button, there's on the bottom line a button
"select", press this and select the nets that you want to route.
Finished selecting, press the GO (trafficlight) to start the router.
