Hello,
my board has several power supply nets. I want to use only one symbol
for Vdd and GND (because has no sense to use 5-6 different symbols) with
explicit lables.
Something like this:
Vcc_main
GND_main
Vcc_analog
GND_analog
Vcc_RS485
GND_RS485
and so on...
I place the power supply symbol on the schematic, connected to the net,
and then I rename that net to its own (see above).
Checking with the 'show' command I'm sure the nets don't mix up.
Anyway, the ERC screams:
WARNING: Sheet 1/5: SUPPLY Pin +5V overwritten with +5V_485
ERROR: Sheet 1/5: SUPPLY Pin +5V overwritten with more than one signal
(+5V, +5V_485)
Hence I ask you: what's the right way to use different power supply nets
- using only one symbol?
Thanks
Marco / iw2nzm
