How to put element on different layers?

Hi, I've got a simple question, how to put different elements on

different layers?, Now I'm doing a board and I have SMD and DIL elements

and I want to put DIL element on top layer, regars Krzysiek

The view you see is from the top layer, so the DIL components are just
placed by moving them to where you want them.
For components on the bottom layer, use the "mirror" command. This flips
the component over and allows you to place it as if you were looking
through all the layers to the bottom.
