Net name signal name inconsistencies

ERC shows schematic/board inconsistencies.  There is a list of

warnings, which I thought would not produce an inconsistency, and a

list of "Pins/Pads with different connections" such as U$1 gate G$1

pin P$1 Net = N$24 and pad 1 Signal = N$22.

 

How do I fix these?

    Depending on what is correct name the net N$24 in the schematic N$22,

    or the signal N$22 in the layout N$24.

    Choose whichever you like and name the other the same.
