can't check clearance below 6mil

In one of my brd files I get error when the distance is

6 mil or below. All clearance settings in the DRC dialog is set to

5 mil. The file is edited with both 4.15 and 4.16, Win and Linux.

Other files work OK.

Any setting I missed? Any way to "clear" the file, I don't

want to start from beginning.

    Maybe you set some minimum values for net classes?
