Licensing question for 4 layer board.

I originally had the freeware license, as I am not making boards for profit, but I need to make a 4 layer board - not available in the light version. I applied for a 30 day trial license, and I am still unable to set up a 4 layer board. Do I need to purchase the full version for this?

Hi Darrell,

The 30-day trial is capable of doing a 4 layer board. You can set it up
in the DRC > Layers tab. You'll see an equation that reads (1*16). For
four layers change it to:

(1215*16)

Got it. It wouldn't let me use layers "3, 4", but it allowed "15", and "16" as you suggested. Thanks!
