As an aside, your license entitles you to all versions of v5.
You may as well attain the advantages of the last v5 version which is
5.12 and you can get it here

The license file alone is not the problem. This file allows you to get
the installation code from cadsoft server.
And for security reasons this code on the server was available for 4
weeks only.
So, the request time is long over, and cadsoft doesn't exist any more.
You can only contact AD and hope that they still run the license server
and that they are willing to help.
(Chance is low but newsreader is still running)

Cadsoft server is still running.
In my cadsoft delivery note (with a number)
contains a direct link
http://www.cadsoft.de/cgi-bin/..........
to the license but that leads to AD which I did not check further.
It also contains precise instructions how to obtain the activation key.
The
http://web.cadsoft.de/license.htm
link shows cadsoft.
I entered the requested numbers. The answer was no code for serial nuber
xxxxx.
No wonder since my 4 weeks are also loooong ago.
So, if you contact AD the number of your delivery note may also be
important.
