Yes, there's con_tyco lib that has full SATA connector that includes both data and power, I started to edit it to use just a power part. Sure, usually I (more or less) easily can find a device lib by the manufacturer/model. The problem with this one is that I didn't find any sata power connectors and bought Chinese noname on ali (that works fine though and does the job well)
