Insufficient annular ring

I keep getting insufficient annular rings when I send my gerbers to a board

house to be approved.

The insufficient annular rings are on vias on an inner ground layer on a 4

layer board.

I can't seem to get this under control. I'm beginning to wonder if the

annular rings on inner vias are not controllable.

Please tell me how to fix this.

Is the inner layer defined as a supply layer or is it a "normal"
layer with polygon?

It's a supply layer $GND.

Check the parameters in the Design Rules, Supply tab, for
"Isolate Annulus".
