Two pins with same meaning, connect to any of them in board

We have a simple button in a library, which has 4 pads, but only 2 pins in

schematic. Always, 2 and 2 pads are connected internally inside the button

part. Let's say pads 12 are connected togeher and 34 as well. I would like

to be able to connect either to pin 1 or pin 2 in board layout, so I could

use the internal 1-2 connection as a jumper or bridger or how you call it.

It seems that I always have an air connection between the pins 1 and 2.

Is there any cure to this?

Thank you,

Petr

If all 4 pads on the board have air wires, then there must be 4 pins in the

schematic symbol.  If the schematic symbol only appears to have 2 pins, then

I suspect there are two pins placed on top of each other.

To get control over the connections separately for each of the pads, edit

the symbol (in the library), and separate the pins, so that you get 4

separate pins in the schematic symbol.  You can then connect separate nets

to the various pins (or the same nets), just as you desire.
