I want to print the Eagle libraries. Is there any program for printing
libraries? (I'm using Eagle 5.0)

There are two older ULPs that arrange the packages or the
Symbols of a library in a board or schematic file and so
you could print them. Search in the download area for
showlbr.ulp and showlbr_brd.ulp.
