It has a P-SSO-3-2 package that is not in any existing library
Can anyone help me.

Harry,
That package is better known as SOT-89, you'll find it in the transistor
libraries.
Robert
Hi Robert,
That is not correct, the SOT89 package is aSMD package.

Hi Harry,
The TLE4905 I'm referring to is a Hall effect switch IC from Infineon and
definitely has an SOT-89 package.
Maybe you are referring to a different component with the same part number
by coincidence?

I've just done a Google for TLE4905 and I found a Hall effect switch
from Infineon in a P-SS0-3-2 package that is most definitely not SOT-89.
It does, however, look suspiciously like a TO-92 or E-line.

Or maybe he's referring to the same component in an alternative package?
No need to be snide. Just check out TLE4905L rather than TLE4905G.

Well, it seems I overlooked the "L" variant. I also looked it up via Google
and the part search on Infineon's site just took me to the SMT variant
TLE4905G that has a SOT-89 package. I didn't look any further

Sorry, I really didn't want to be snide. It was just a question.
