I am trying to create a custom hole shape for a rca jack's mounting pins (see attached datasheet) but I cant find how to do it anywhere...any help much appreciated.

Hi Charles,
non-circular holes usually will be milled in the production process
and have to be drawn manually in EAGLE. The contour of the "hole"
should be drawn with a very fine width (e.g. with the WIRE command)
in a special layer. EAGLE uses layer 46, Milling, for this. Be sure
to inform the board manufacturer that there are milling contours in
this layer. In case you create manufacturing data by yourself, add
one Gerber file that contains layer 46.
