5.0 -> 5.1

I downloaded 5.1, how do I transfer my license from 5.0?

    Your EAGLE 5.0 license will work for all updates until the next paid

    upgrade.  CadSoft has changed their version numbering.  I believe in the new

    scheme this means that 5.0 license is valid for all 5.x with 6.0 being the

    next paid upgrade.

     

    And do note that the upgrade prices are pretty minimal relative to the

    purchase price.
