EAGLE 5.1 :: Symbol editor grid lines

I can't see the grid lines when using the symbol editor.  With dots it works

fine (confirming the color setting and/or palette is not the case).  But the

lines don't show up.  I'm using EAGLE 5.1 (same issue in 5.0) MacOSX right

now, can't confirm other platforms.

This is also the case in the schematic editor.  Which leads me to believe

there still might be something wrong with my color palette or settings.  But

the dots show up so I don't see how that is possible.

Please try to delete or rename the file eaglrc.usr. Do the grid

dots show up again now?

Yes, the lines reappear.  Of course all of my settings are gone.
