DRC and VIAs

I am using Eagle Pro 5.11 to place 6mil vias with 12 mil pads onto a GND polygon.  The vias are named GND as well.  This works well.

 

However, DRC complains about a DRILL CLEARANCE issue.  I have tried reducing the DRC-CLEARANCE-VIA-VIA and VIA-SMD down to 1mil to no avail.

 

 

Is there another location where I should change the DRC rules for drill clearances?

    This is the copper-clearance (restring)!

     

     

     

    Is there another location where I should change the DRC rules for drill clearances?

     

    DRC -- Distance -- Drill/Hole ...

    Check more at one drill (Via) on same coordinate, you can delete a VIA

    by RIPUP and click on center of the via.
