11 character Installation code is truncated to 10 characters

I am installing Eagle 5.1 onto Windows XP and have received a license

file and an 11 character installation code from the CADSoft Agent.

 

When I enter the code it is truncated to 10 characters and the license

is rejected.

 

Do I have a correct installation code or is there something else I need

to do to get the 11 character code accepted?

    I have received several private emails from you, and also replied

    several times, but apparently you are not receiving these emails.

     

    The most recent one I sent came back with

     

    -

    Hi. This is the qmail-send program at orange.cbr.hosting-server.com.au.

    I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.

    This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
