Auto routing between two boards

I am developing a PCB for a Cloud/Weather sensor device that consists of several boards stacked on top of each other. can anyone tell me if there is a way to auto route the nets of each board as well as the pinout of the connectors used to link each board?

I hope the question makes sense to you, if not i'll try and give some more detail.

If you have one schematic and one board file with all the separate board
outlines in layer 20 The autorouter will do the right thing.

The connectors are easy also, just show them as one connector with nets
to another connector on the schematic and place them accordingly on the PCB.

It would help to organize the schematic to look like the PCB.

See attached example.
Make each board a seperate entity. Each board holds its respective half of
the two part connector.
If you have the same net name on two boards you will get an airwire
connecting the two boards that will not route due to auto router rules
regarding the dimension layer. You don't want routing between the multiple
boards depicted in the board editor.
In the schematic place text to label the respective signals at each
connector
