Hello forum,
I'm looking for build a 4 layers flex rigid pcb.To do this i want the inner core be flexible in order to use like flexible connection.My question is how to make the design with Eagle to put components on inner layer,normally we can only put components on top and bottom layer,in my case i want use the flexible parts to continue out of the rigid PCB with a flexible termination.But my problem is that i don't know how to put componants on this termination (put components on layer 2 and 3 per exemple).
I don't know if my question is enough clear,so i give a photo to illustrate my needs.

PS:I'm using eagle 4.16 version.
