Solder mask will be created automaticaly for pads in library parts or vias
placecd on the board.
Turn on the layers tStop bStop to confirm it is what you need.
If you are using HOLE for the nut and manually drawing the copper around it
you should place a filled circle over the hole, on the tStop layer
