Some example stackups are given on page 131 of the manual. The one I am
using for 4 layers is (12+316). The parenthesis indicate that vias
are continuous (this is more economical than blind vias). I believe for
blind vias you use brakets [] instead of parenthesis.

Do you REALLY want so-called 'blind vias', meaning that these go from
the outside to a certain inner layer AND STOP THERE?
If yes, then you SHOULD ask your circuit board manufacturer how the
layers should be constructed: Not every manufacturer can create all
theoretically possible layer stacks. Try

the contents of layers 2 and 3 results in a much nicer layer stack, e.g.

completely THROUGH the board) are much cheaper and less error-prone. If
