Strange ERC message

I am getting a strange ERC warning.  It is:

 

POWER pin IC2PWR V- connected to -5V

 

It is true, and that's what I want.  Why do I get the warning?

 

I also get the warning:

 

Part IC2 has uninvoked gate $1 with unconnected input pin +IN

 

Again, it is true, but why should I get the warning?

  • because of the library implementation

    the one that created the library:

    in first case - want  that negative power line to be named V-

    in second case - it specify that imputs of the IC must not remain

    unconnected (for CMOS it's true)
