Is there a way in eagle CAD to enter wire positions relatively.. Ie for outlines etc

i.e.

WIRE

(0.5 0.5)

relative (-1.0 0)

and the wire would be between -0.5 and 0.5

Not relative to the last used coordinate.

(Coordinates relative to the MARK position are OK, however.)
