How to pair new layers

How can I pair two new layers together such that what a component containing one of the layers is mirrored to the other side of the board, the layer switches to its pair? For example, when you mirror a part, all the signals in the Top layer are moved to the Bottom layer. Similarly, tPlace and bPlace are exchanged. I'd like to do this with two layers I've created, 101 and 102, that contain special silk screen markings.

Hello Michael, only certain layers will do this. I use 55 and 56, 57 and
58 work like that too I think.

If you do this, please note that CadSoft could highjack those layers for
something in the future so you may have to go back and fix it up. I've
been doing it for about 5 years and so far, so good.
