I have an existing Eagle 5.11 file which I have opened in Eagle 6. When I run a DRC, I get numerous errors on the DRC for polygon clearance. The polygons are different rank, but touch each other. Previously, Eagle would resolve who gets the fill area based on rank. Now I get these errors. I have set ALL of the values in the clearance DRC rules to 0 and I still get these errors. When I move one polygon away from the other, the error goes away but I have to move them about 20mils apart. Is there something different in the polygon rules under V6?
