1. Yes, but they need to reside in different directories, so that
the license information files are kept seperate.

The engineer gets the pro version. The free version goes to those who
need read-only access, such as engineering review, safety manager, QA,
production review, final sign-off, etc.

Makes sense to me - Another option would be to have the file protections
set so that only the engineers had write access to the directories with the
drawings in them. Years ago, we had a manager that (in his spare time)
would go in and look through everybody's code - he would randomly edit
their code without even bothering to tell them if he didn't like something.
Guy was a real pain !!
