Can not place elemnt next to border?

Hi im updated to new version of eagle now i have problem with placing elements next to border of the board.
Ex: I have RJ11 jack from SparkFun Lib, when i place it next to "left" forder all ok. but once i move it to "right" border, eagle complains Some objects extend outside allowed board area.
Why? I have to move jack abou 1/8 of an inch away form bordr but this is jack and it has to extend out of the board... how can i fix it? same thing with right angle buttons (

    This is somewhat of a pain.

    The portions of the package that extend beyond the edges must be placed

    in a layer such as 51 tDocu to avoid errors.
