dont want pad visible on both top and bottom layer

I have a dual layer board, but i do not want the bottom pads to be visible with the top layer.

The pads are standard all in 1 layer. I can not make a difference between top and bottom layer pads.

I do not want the pads on both layers.

Is there a way to switch some off ?
