Change several pins in symbol with script.

Hello.

I need a command that changes several pins in a symbol at once, and in the end I will make a script that automatically do my changes.

I need to change several library symbols, and is going to change width, function and length.

I need commands for:

change width (of a group to) 0,254mm

change function (of a group to) none

change length (of a group to) point

If I in the symbol editor first do a "group all" wich works fine, then "change width 0,254mm" nothing happens to the group, but 0,254mm becomes the default value in the change/with menu.

"change function none" and "change length point" does´nt work eather, but only defines new default values in the menu.

    The only way I know is to repeat your first two steps...

    1. group all

    2. change width 0.254

    and then...

    3. <Right click anywhere on any trace in the group>

    4. <select: change group>

    I need to do this only with text commands, so no use of the mouse.

    You got close. Remember in Eagle the convention is select the command and

    then apply it to the object. This is the reverse of what many are familiar

    with. That of choosing the object and then choosing what to do with them

    So the following says what to do and then what to do it to. In this case its

    to all of the group. The (C>0 0 ) is the equivalent of a right mouse click

    (>) at the board editor origin (0 0) while holding down the CTL key. (C)

    Group all;

    change width 0.254 (C>0 0);

    change function none (C>0 0);

    change length point (C>0 0);
