CAD question: how to easily align objects?

In AutoCAD (or the MAC clone DraftSight) which I use for mechanical design it is simple to snap to geometric objects such as endpoints, midpoints, center of circles, etc. On my PCB I need to align drill markers with circles, where the circles are at arbitrary locations (imported from a DXF file). This is easily accomplished in a mechanical drafting program but I don't know how to do it in Eagle PCB layout, other than to write down the XY coordinates of the circles and use the CLI to move the drill markers there. Is there an easier way?

EAGLE does not offer such drawing functions you know from some of the
mechanical design systems, sorry.
