Unconnected nets with same name

I made a design in my Eagle Lite.

I have two differents pins which are not supposed to be connected. But they have same net name. So, they are short circuited in my PCB. I want to know how can this happen.

The nets(black lines) are shown in the attached figure.

    Need more info, and perhaps a diagram without the back lines, it is hard to see what is going on underneath the black lines.

     

    You should be using the NET function to connect pins,components...the WIRE command does nothing other than draw lines...image

     

    You can name or rename NETS using the NAME function.image

     

    And yes, all NETS with the same name are all connected together...

    The bottom line is that you'll have to rename one of the net segments.

     

    You can also use LABEL to label the net segments in question.

    did you copy part of the net line (the arc for instance) and then used

    it to build the other net?
