DRILLS MISSING

Hello all,

 

I have recently finished a small 2-sided board in Eagle 5. Now I wanted to

produce gerber and drill files to board house. I've created gerber files

with no problem but I can't create NCDRILL file correctly.

Here are settings in CAM processor:

Device: GRBDRL

Rack: File created by running drllcfg.ulp

File: Output file name.

Offset:

X: 0inch

Y: 0inch

Tolerance: 0%+0%

Style: pos. Coord, Optimize

And layers selected:44,45

-

After I click on process job I get the following error: DRILS MISSING - NO

DRILL FILE HAS BEEN PRODUCED!

And this is part of written *.dri file:

    It appears that two components are making this problem:

    1. F09HP from lib: con_subd

    2. B3F-31xx from lib: switch-omron

    When I delete them everything is fine, drill files are generated. I have

    noticed also when I turn on layers drills and holes, some pads that belongs

    to these components have diferent symbols (small X painted in drill layer i

    center of pad) as opposed to other components that has different symbols...

    Any workaround would be helpfull.

    Allow tolerances of about +/- 2.5% for selecting the drills

    from the drill table. It's becasue of the conversion from inch to mm.

     

    Example:

    40.000 mil are 1.016mm. In the table you find 1.02mm. So you need

    a slight tolerance to find the correct tool.
