how to turn value display on without using unsmash command

I have several large boards where all the components were "smashed" and the value display deleted/turned off.  I would like to turn the value back on but not change the position of the "name" information.

"Unsmashing" the component turns the value display back on but also moves the name back to it's original position, rotation, and font size.

Is there a way to turn a component value back on without resetting the name position?

If you want to hide ALL the Values or ALL the Names of your components in your board, you don't

    need to delete them!

You just have to hide the layer corresponding: 25 or 27.

But if you just want to hide certain names or values, you could more simply change the layer of

these texts for the layer of your choice.

In this way, if you want to see or not the texts, you just have to display or hide the layer that

    contains these texts.
