autorouter does not route QFN smd package

Question

Hello,

I am using Eagle freeware license but autorouter can not route signals to SMD devices (QFN28-ML_6X6MM/microchip or other QFN packages) - signal stays unrouted even when the pcb is almost empty thus leaving a lot of free space. Am I doing something wrong or is that caused by the fact that I am using the freeware version?

Why use a autorouter? He cannot think, a human being can Try finer routing-grids with a backup-copy of your brd. r
