via drill size error

Hi,

I'm using eaglecad 5.10 and have a problem on the PCB layout.
All the via's that i make give me a drill size error on layer 20 (dimension).

When i disabled the layer the problems are solved, but that is not a solution.

I dont know how i can solve this problem. The drill size is set to 'auto'.

    Check your DRC settings:sizes/minimum drill
