Is there a simple way to just change a top layer to the bottom or vice versa, without having to go thru all the steps to open the wrench icon?

Just some way to toggle the layer for the traces I'm about to click.

So if I have a trace on the top, I have to select all the smaller pieces, and then group, and then use wrench icon on it to move it to the bottom?

Is there even a way to combine the smaller parts of a net into one, so selecting is easier?
