SMD-IPC Lib only shows up in the board, not in schematic

I've made sure that the green dot was green in the library, I've selected Library use, and Library open in schematic, but that lib will not show up when I try to add a part.

Version 6.2.0 lite

Perhaps there's simply no /device/ in it, just /packages/.

Seems Plausible. this is a new install of 6.2.0, would you expect that?
