Question on Eagle 6.3.0 crashing on Vista machine

I just started using Eagle 6.3.0 on my Windows Vista service pack 2 machine and I can layout a schematic but as soon as I delete anything, eagle shuts down.  So my question is;

 

Has anyone else experianced this? if so did you find a solution?
