Unable to use the new feature 'Design Reuse'

I just purchased Eagle 6.3.0 and trying to check the Design Reuse feature. I am facing two issues:

 

1. There is no cut tool (A scissors icon). I selected a group but unable to cut it as there is no icon for this. I managed by typing 'cut'

2. I do not know how to use the Design Reuse facility. I have a consistent pair of schematic and completely routed PCB. I selected a group in schematic and copied it in schematic. In PCB the copy is appearing but not in the routed form. I tried to make a copy in PCB then as usual it give a message that 'Do it in schematic'.

 

I purchased new version only to use this Design Reuse feature.

    That's correct. After years of complaints that copy did not copy to the

    clipboard and 'Cut' was not a cut but a copy, it has been changed to be more

    'Windows' like. See HELP COPY.

    You can revert to the old behaviour and scissors of the CUT command icon

    with the SET command mentioned in the HELP. After using the command, when

    you open a board you will see the cut icon again.

     

    2. I do not know how to use the Design Reuse facility. I have a

    Design re use was discussed in the forum quite a bit earlier, but I don't

    see a good description currently.

    It works by importing consistant sch/brd pairs from another project into

    your project and adjusts the part names so there is no repetition

    You need to have an Eagle version that supports multiple sheets. It won't

    work with the single sheet light version.

    It imports to fresh sheets so you have to have enough spare sheets to enable

    it to complete.
