Is there a ASIC VPC3 library file for schematic in eagle 6.3.0 available? Or How to develop a .lbr file for the same?

I am working on a project called Analog Profibus slave module. I am preparing a schematic file for the target board which consist interfacing of LPC2148FBD64,151LPC2148FBD64,151 and Profichip ASIC VPC3. I got the library files for LPC and all other components but was unable to get it for ASIC. If Eagle has not provided this library yet, then can any one help me for developing the same in Eagle. Thanking you.

    First of all, two hints:

    1. It doesn't make sense to put the complete story in the subject.

    2. It really does make sense to learn how to create your own libraries.

     

    That said, attached is a V5 library containing my SPC3 device

    definition, to which the VPC3 is compatible. May that helps you (V6 can

    easily open V5 files) - use it at your own risk.
