Non-FTP download mirror for Cadsoft Eagle Windows .exe install file

Is there a non-FTP download mirror for the latest version of Cadsoft Eagle's Windows .exe install file? The network I'm on seems to disapprove of FTP sites.

Hi Jorge/Robert

It may not be FTP but rather the .exe extension causing the block. I'm
currently blocked from it because of file type. Is there a zipped
location?

Hi Warren,

We don't have a zipped location for the file. As far as I know the only
zipped version that we ever did was for 4.16r2, and we did that to allow
v4.16r2 to run under Windows 7 and newer.

Do you have access to another computer that might allow the download?
