0.0000 clearance in board statistic (statistic-brd.ulp)

Hi.

When doing a ordinary DRC check of my board there is no errors.

If i look at the board statistics (Tools/Statistics..., or statistic-brd.ulp) it shows "0.0000 - Clearence ! < 0.3000" and also "0.0000 - Isolate Polygon ! < 0.3000".

Anyone know why?

It would be really nice just to look at the statistics and get the min clearence for the PCB manufacturing specification.

Regards

/Matias

can you describe the question more detailed?because I  couldn't find the statistics in the tools ,and I tried the statistic-brd.ulp,it didn't appear the phenomenons you said.so I want to know what you set up about clearance in the DRC .Maybe it's the reason.

I´m using Eagle 6.4.0 Professional Edition on a Windows 7 computer.

If I make a new PCB (.brd) file and dont have any schematic linked to it or anything, I then got the 0.0000 clearence in the statistic, with a totally empty board wich I have done nothing to.

I found out that if I change the default Net Class clearance, that value now becomes the minor value in the statistics window instead of 0.0000.

This is weird. I thougt that the minor values actually was taken from the PCB, and not the design rules.

I´ve tried it with the v1.3.8 script as well, and it´s the same.

My Edition is Eagle 6.1.0 Professional,so I couldn't run what you set up.I think maybe it is a BUG or there is no need to check DRC when the pcb board is blank,I don't know.

Is there anybody professional help answer it?Thank you.

    Hello,

this ULP is very simple. You can define a minimum value for several

items in the ULP itself and let the ULP check for these values. If

there is nothing in the board, the ULP does not find anything and

takes 0.000 which is the initial value.....

It does not take the values set in the Design Rules into account.
