Trace restrict in internal layers?

I am using Eagle Standard Edition, Version 5.11.0. I am placing a bluetooth-4 radio on a 4-layer board, and need to restrict the autorouter from placing any traces under the antenna. I use rectangles in the tRestrict, bRestrict, and vRestrict layers to keep the top and bottom layers clear. But how do I keep the autorouter from placing traces in the restricted area on the INTERNAL layers?

This might not be the best way of doing it, but you could draw the outline of the restricted area using the wire tool in the internal layer(s), then I dont think the autorouter will make any traces there. If you don´t use any polygons in the restricted area, then you should be able to safely remove the wires you made, without getting the area filled when doing a ratsnest.
