Here is what I mean. For example I select CMOS 4011 and I am offered to place 4 seperate nand elements. Is there a way to show the whole "body"?

Only if you draw a new symbol. The 4011 is defined as a device containing
two hidden power pins and four gates which each use the same symbol. You
want a new symbol showing all pins and the gates inside, I presume, a
bit like the footprint. The new symbol needs a new device, which will
have the same package(s), so you'll need to learn to create devices and
symbols, and connect the pins on existing footprints. In short, you must
know almost everything about how to create library parts. There are good
tutorials in various places, luckily.
