How to forbid autorouter to make via at a pin

Hello,

how can I forbid the autorouter to use the pins of certain components (parts) as a via? Because some components I can't solder from the top, only from the bottom and I can't make the vias conductive at home.

As workaround, put some pattern on xrestrinct around the pad.
