Really? When can we expect a 64 bit version for Windows?

Hi Joseph,
I hope you're doing well. This is being looked into, but there is no
definite time line. While the number of 64-bit machines in the wild are
increasing every day, 32-bit machines are still very common and since
64-bit machines can run 32-bit applications(EAGLE) we have chosen to
spend developer time on more critical features and improvements.
Keep an eye out though, this is coming down the pike.
Best Regards,
Jorge Garcia

I don't see much of a benefit to going 64 bit for EAGLE, personally - application address space only runs out at approx. 3GB per app under WOW64, and honestly I've never seen EAGLE use anywhere near that much. So I'm perfectly fine with 32 bit EAGLE TBH.
edit: Apparently Cadence agrees with this too because the copy of Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS I am testing out right now is also 32 bit. Though I honestly suspect it's 99% 16 bit simply recompiled as 32 bit, every time I look at the UI I wonder when I installed Win3.11 again
