I am fairly new to Eagle CAD and the forums here. Probably an easy one. What is the command to switch layers when manually routing? I know I can click on the select layer box in the top left, but I would like to map a hotkey. I figure it is something like "change layer route top" or something. I tried a few combinations with no luck.
Another thing I noticed, is that the follow-me routing is too slow to even use. Is it just my machine, or do other people experience this? I am running windows 8 on a dell latitude e6430. When I click the "follow-me (from one side)", and start to route, the entire program freezes until I switch back to manual routing and grab a cup of coffee. It's also a fairly busy design which I am sure is a factor.
